Why can't I give you the measurements when I order?

We don't ask for the measurements until six weeks before the wedding, so that the flowergirl dress you order will fit perfectly on your special day.

Where are your flowergirl dresses made?

All of our dresses are made-to-measure to a high quality, here in East Sussex.

My wedding is in 5 weeks time, can I still order dresses for my flowergirls?

We get very busy at certain times of the year. If you need a dress in under 6 weeks time, please contact us before you order.

Can't I buy cheaper dresses on the High Street?

Every year we alter flowergirl dresses for customers who have bought from shops on the High Street. People have either bought in advance and allowed for growth, and the dress is still too big/long when needed, or left it too late and can only find dresses that are not exactly the size or colour they want. Invariably they end up paying more than if they had bought a made-to-measure dress from Qurna Creations in the first place!

What measurements do I need to take?

Six weeks before the wedding or special day, we will send you details of which four simple measurements we need, and how to take them. You will only need a tape measure (in either inches or centimetres).

What if I need a different dress from those on the website?

Our party and flowergirl dresses come in four different colours with 18 different colours for the sash and details, with an option to use your own material for these if you wish. But if you would like something even more personalised, please call Hilary on 01892 652532 to discuss your requirements.

Can I see the material and dress colour before I order?

We sell fabric sample packs for £5. These are refundable when you order your dress.

Can I use my own material for the sash?

Of course. Simply send us half a metre of your own material for each dress ordered.

How much is postage and packaging?

There is a £10 charge per dress for delivery in the UK. We normally use the Post Office Guaranteed Post, which includes insurance cover. If you are outside of the UK and wish to place an order for delivery, please call for more details.

What if one of my flowergirl lives in Australia?

No problem! As long as you can send her measurements to us 6 weeks before the wedding, it doesn't matter where a flowergirl lives. We will post her dress to you to await her arrival.
